A. criminal is defined as someone who has been CONVICTED of a crime, like Donald Trump, for example, who was charged, Indicted AND CONVICTED of 34 felonies. In THIS country, for now at least, being ACCUSED does not make you a convicted criminal. That's why job applications ask "Have you ever been CONVICTED of a crime?" not "Have you ever been accused, arrested or indicted for a CRIME ?" Entering illegally is a CIVIL VIOLATION, like a traffic ticket, not a CRIME. REENTERING after being DEPORTED is a CRIMINAL OFFENSE. This man is playing word games. He's wrong.

Becomes legal to break windows to save a child, shoot someone who's harming you or someone else, kick down a door to help , etc .. if America is really what it markets itself to be, running to our safety should be covered by this law.

A person who is not a citizen does not need a trial, the burden of proof is they are not citizens, cannot provide proof of citizenship then they are criminals.
