the states need to pony up and start paying part of the Medicaid instead of the federal government paying 100% . They could start by not padding the bills they charge and start their own PBM system that could save them 1/2 to 2/3 of their budget for medicines.

You’re right we’re not broke. They ran out to the TIF funding and the municipalities throughout the United States anyway and I don’t care what political affiliation someone is when they keep the benefits from the people that it’s meant for. It’s not OK that’s a bipartisan issue.
