That is reserved to actually citizens of the United States. and foreign nationals, who have obtained the official permission required... i.e., visa, green card. As for "birthright citizenship," that is ONLY VALID to those foreign nationals who are in the United States with the previously stated official authorization. children born within the borders of the United States, of parents who have entered without official authorization, are NOT citizens of the United States... their designated citizenship is that of the birthing parent. with their status remaining as "invader" of the United States. They are foreign invaders. what they have done is commit an act of war. The only rights they might have fall into the geneva convention, MAYBE.... But NOT the constitution...

There is nowhere in the constitution that states the rights and civil liberties guaranteed under the US Constitution are only for citizens. 14th Amendment has been debated in many courts and defined as "Any person" is not exclusive to only citizens. Under US deportation law and policy, in the process of deportation there is a clause called Expedited removal. This is applicable under three different circumstances. 1. Comes to the US without proper travel documents 2. Uses forged travel documents 3. Does not comply with their visa or other entry document requirements.
