truth hurts. Black marriage used to out rank whites in longevity. what happened? Govt started making it more lucrative for mothers to stay single.
I'm a heavy machine operator. My coworker who happens in black is also a heavy machine operator. He's been at our job 2 years longer than I do. he makes four more dollars an hour than I do. why because he put forth the effort and the time to earn that income. not based on the color of his skin. when I have been there as long as he has I also hope to make the same amount of money. The point being is if you work hard you earn what you get has nothing to do with race. hard work and dedication is the key.

Every American is supplied with the very same opportunities and resources from the government. Some used them to advance their knowledge and make good decisions while others do not. Life is a competition for survival against everyone born on the same day you were. How you finish depends on how much effort you put into it.
When I went in the military, I applied for Pacific job. I ended up not getting it because the person who wanted the same job was black and was given four points more on their score. Because of the fact he was black. Don’t believe me look it up.

Its not a culture problem because the issues don't stretch across all incomes. Its a poverty issue that has systemically kept black Americans in their place by not having equal opportunity for employment, higher arrests and sentencing for similar crimes committed by white people amongst other things. Responsibility & Accountability. Fathers stay home with your family and out of the clubs and the streets. Work honest jobs instead of selling drugs, joining gangs, or having 3-4 Baby Mama’s (and if you do, be a Father, and pay Child Support on time). Nobody owes you anything, you have to work for everything. Also, racism goes both ways. For some reason a lot of Black folks do not think they can be racist. But you can, and you are.
