What do they mean? Haven’t determined whether their charters will be filed? Charges for what? You can’t charge your mother that just lost her children to drowning she didn’t kill them. They drowned. What are you gonna do charge her with child neglect? She just lost three of her children. And her children made that choice to go play in the pond. You can’t protect them from everything.
I'm speechless. I can't imagine how the children felt, it's just so horrific. I will say, as a mother, how could someone be so careless. Accidents happen, but this could have been prevented.
