The bulk of cocaine, marijuana and fentanyl still cross the Mexican border. Whatever Trump's true intentions with Venezuela are, it has nothing to do with illegal drugs bound for the United States!! ARTICLE 1, SECTION 8, CLAUSE 11 states that the president must have approval. Trump wants the constitution thrown away.
