isn't EVERYONE that has been taken into custody been denied their legal process??? I don't understand why windows have to be broken, doors kicked in, people throw on the ground, handcuffed, thrown into unmarked vehicles & hauled off. i sincerely hope ANYONE who was treated like a criminal sues trump & his goons - this is AMERICA, not some 3rd world over run country

I was a Border Patrol Agent in the 80s and 90s. I would like to think we were honorable men. We never hung around Hispanic communities on Sunday stopping people going to church We never separated families. We didn't arrest people going to Immigration Court trying to do the right thing. We never wore masks, and military vests. We didn't raid farms that were producing food. We didn't raid areas that were full of illegals rebuilding Florida, Alabama, Louisiana after hurricanes

Policing in America for decades has violated citizens 1st, 4th and 14th amendments' constitutional rights. ICE did not have cause to pull him over nor to ID him. Specifically: Improper Entry by an Alien – 8 U.S.C. § 1325 It is a criminal misdemeanor to enter (or attempt to enter) the United States at any time or place other than as designated by immigration officers, elude examination or inspection, or attempt to enter by willful misrepresentation. First offense: up to 6 months in federal prison and/or a fine. Subsequent offenses: felony, with up to 2 years imprisonment.
