Lack of education or what? “ To qualify for SNAP benefits, you must meet your state's income and asset limits, be a US citizen or qualified immigrant, and adhere to work requirements if you are an able-bodied adult. Income is assessed through a gross monthly income test (at or below 130% of the poverty line) and a net monthly income test (at or below 100% of the poverty line). Asset limits also apply, with different rules for households with elderly or disabled members. “

I bet nobody had noticed how 1/3 the folks on SNAP in Virginia have already been cut as of October 1st without any notice at all already. I'm king George VA, the significantly physically handicapped and homeless got cut early. people with assets buying weed and beer are still on it getting ready to enjoy the November extensions by this state of emergency fund.
