This follows a report yesterday that a Medina Valley reported an 11 year old made an online threat to shoot up his school. ... Can we admit that SPANKING YOUR KIDS IS HEALTHY?!?!?!? Fear may be scary, but it provides instant feedback/consequences that will be remembered.
this child killed a grown man in his sleep for no reason. Kills animals, sexually and physically abused a sibling, choked his grandmother and threatened to kill a student on the bus last year at a diff school. psych eval shows he is a violent sociopath with no remorse and recommended he be placed in a residential facility. Grandmother wants him to go to public school instead and apparently doesn't give a rats ass about the children being put in danger.

he needs to be locked up in a mental health institution for criminals. he is a sociopath and will continue to escalate. in the future when we are all watching a documentary about him being a serial killer, they will be pointing out how the ball kept getting dropped and him continuing to be allowed to kill.

Yes this kid at 7 killed a man to see what it felt like, then likes to kill animals and has killed many pets, and then this at school he’s dangerous
Why did he kill the man? If for no reason, then definitely needs to be banned from being around schools. If he was being abused; then it was a self protection situation.

I worked at the Pueblo State Hospital in the maximum security wing which is where the criminals were held. They were sent there when they were found unable to comprehend what they had done because of mental issues. Their backgrounds were astounding. Yes, children can be born without a conscience, the ability to feel guilt, remorse, joy, love.... They know the difference between right and wrong, their brain just doesn't have the ability to care. We call it Sociopathy, then try to figure out the differential diagnosis. It's really scary when it comes to children, but you have to take it seriously and this kid already murdered an adult when he was 9! He admitted that freely without anyone asking him, and he will do it again given the chance unless he's put in a facility that can deal specifically with children.
This child needs help, he needs to be somewhere he can't hurt others or himself. He needs intense therapy in a facility that is equipped to deal with his issues.
I would not want him in the same class/school with my grandson's 😡😡

There are no studies showing that a psychopath can be cured. They lack empathy and only care about their urges or sick scenarios. He will be a psychopath all his life. THIS is why we need mental facilities to exist again.

seem like that school.dont want any problems..enough kids git killed already, so i understand if it was my child he would be n boot camp or something with ass whooping alone my son got into trouble once not at school but spending the night at family house n was out late they walk to the store n cop pull over one boy cuss cops out they both took them but wasn't bad I got my son out the next day..but I did get on his ass for being out at 15 late night..they gave him probation which he got off this month not 1 problem since n if he do I know where the belt is I dont like cops knocking at my door or going to court at that

Clearly there is something wrong with this 7 year old. As far as his rights go, I think they were followed. He needs mental health along with grandpa. This is horrific and no jury in their right mind should excuse him in anyway. He’s not going to get off, he shouldn’t get off! This isn’t a misdemeanor crime. He purposely got the gun and shot the man, he’s dead. This child is a monster in the making.

One other thing people, for a child this age to tell classmates or somebody that is not really close to them, is bragging about what he's done. most counselings when they go through a case like this suggest very strongly not to talk about this to try to get back into the groove of life but obviously this kid he's not even showing any remorse!!!! he needs to be locked up in a mental institution and throw away the key let him die there for God's sake.. The 11-Year old child in this story NEEDS to NOT be streamlined into the community classroom!!! He obviously has a predisposition to violence—unfortunately it’s in his DNA. The child NEEDS help. Remanding him to a secure residential Treatment Facility would probably benefit him, at this point, for the rest of his life!!! He is deeply disturbed! He cannot help his actions……he will most likely do something again IF streamlined into the community unfortunately.
