I saw this video. There were sheriffs who had an arrest warrant for a guy. The drunk guy was sheriff too and knew the man who they had a warrant for. The drunk man tried to take over, wanted to go in and talk to the suspect, and give orders at the scene but they wouldn't let him. It was in a trailer park.
