not the shooter. the shooter was a professional. its obvious to anyone who knows how hard it would be to pull that shot off and escape without being caught by any of the 1000s armed with cellphones and manage to hide an entire rifle without being seen. this took planning and skill that most trained soldiers couldn't pull off.
