from what was reported it was a Mauser type Bolt Action in 30-06 or ( metric 7.62× 63 mm.) usually the y are 3 lug, control round feed actions. Obviously this was a planned public execution, by a non professional Shooter. what bothers me is that the Rifle was found " in the nearby Woods"!!!! when the perpetrator jumped from the Building I did not notice a Rifle. AND MAUSER'S ARE BY NO MEANS COMPACT RIFLES NOR ARE THEY TAKEDOWN RIFLES WHICH ARE FOUND IN MODERN RIFLES. SO EITHER THE RIFLE WAS PLACED THERE OR PERHAPS THERE WAS A SECOND INDIVIDUAL. MANY VARIABLES TO CONSIDER.

One person said it was down his pants . Really? A 42 - 44 inch bolt action rifle . Watch the videos, no way he ran off with the rifle and hid it and then posted about it .
