They sure are having a lot of problems with this ship. It's brand new.
It could’ve been much worse like a ruptured wastewater or sewage line! Hope the passenger wasn’t severely injured. They should reimburse him/her either for the entire cruise or for the remainder of their trip. However they usually give a voucher for a future cruise.
