The age of comprehension is 7 years old. Little man knew exactly what he was doing. I place blame on these dangerously violent games and movies that children have access to but again he is old enough to be tried as an adult. This should happen and if found guilty and suffer the same consequences that any other adult would. If given life I think that it should be without parole. If death then he earned this justice.
