The fact that she wasted tax dollars to sue the victim who was only protecting her children as they were destroying her property to come rob her. The mother was trying to rob the victim too. ........ smdh

No, the judge's decision was the right decision. They were trying to break into her home. They call that a home invasion when someone's in the home, she had every right to defend herself and her children. If it was me and I had my grandchildren in the house and someone's trying to come through the door and I have a gun in my hand. I'm gonna let them kick the door in and they come across that door threshold, I'm gonna give them everything in there, everything in there. So the judge made the right decision in this case.
