can you imagine being an 80-year-old man and having people beating on your door like that especially with the way the news reports people breaking in and killing people. when you watch the news all day all you see is thugs breaking in and stealing your shit and this old man woke up to people trying to break into his home and rather than ask questions he shot them. just as a matter of law being in the doorway of a person's home is called the cartilage and that is no different than being inside a person's home. it's protected space. so they did not have to be inside of his home for him to shoot them. because according to the law they were inside his home. it's definitely a tragedy and I feel bad for the women and I feel bad for the old man but as far as the law goes he felt he was in danger and he did what he had to do
