I can't imagine what the other innocent lil kids were going thru seeing all this that the woman was doing to the lil boy she was abusing. That woman needs to do time, and I'm not talking about a short sentence. The kids she abused weren't given a choice on how long she was allowed to hurt him. These people need to be investigated more than they are when they are applying for this sort of job.
