I worked with an old guy who lived in the same apt building where he got caught, I didn't believe him at first because I was the only white person who worked in that area and was young and he liked to mess with me. he said he didn't know him but several members of his family lived there and he stayed with some for awhile and they would have big cookout out back and neighbors would invite Jeff, they all just knew him as the weird white guy. he would bring meat for them to cook as well.. I didn't believe him til he brought picture of these cookouts and sure as shit there he was eatting on a lawn chair in the background of several pictures. the same area that was all over the news where the guys in hazmat suits taking the barrels of acid out. he was sitting off to the side of those stairs.
My 6th grade teachers dad was friends with him and when they were in the military, apparently Jeffery was kicked out and before he was he said “You’ll hear from me one day”
that is the only thing he did right was to confess and help identify the victims. how sad.
