Our town had a Thristys, & drive'in burgers/shakes that were served by rollerskating gals!
radio shack and the free batteries to power my guitar pedals.... my brain would grow by 2% everytime I walked in there asking questions about things they sold that i couldn't buy....

the Kmart my parents took me and my twin siblings together had a child's area where an employee watched your kids while you shopped unlimited snacks and drinks for just $10 bucks! Pizza, burgers, pretzels, chips and candy, juice. water or soda. when your parents were done they pick you up and walked out with a free balloon or prize
I was a manager at blockbuster before I became a police officer 😭🥺man how times have changed that was a great time when kids would come in fighting for the new video game families coming in to pick their favorite movie or new releases 🥰
