It looks like Prezwalski’s horse and the language is slavic although not proficient in that language family to identify which one it is. Beautiful, I hope these horses bounce back to their former glory and geographic distribution!

I don't think it is a wild horse, the mane is so trimmed up nice and neat. I don't think horses trim their own manes.
