Fort Worth Tx outside a seafood restaurant. Tarrant County Medical Examiner's Office identified the victim as 36-year-old Kevin Hernandez. Off camera, family members told WFAA the victim and one of the suspects accused of killing him are half-brothers. WFAA obtained video of the shooting. It shows an SUV driving up to a parked truck. Two people inside hop out with guns. They run directly at the truck, firing more than a dozen rounds. A short time later, SWAT officers were called to a nearby home, and two people were taken into custody. Jail records later confirmed that 17-year-old Giovany Hernandez-Tafoya was arrested in the case. He was charged as an adult for murder. Fort Worth Police said a juvenile was arrested as well.
