Seeing is believing! If this officer is not fired and whom ever is saying that he is resisting arrest to cover this up should also be fired. Barstow doesn’t need this type of law enforcement!

From what this video showed this officer openly beating a individual and all you see is this man trying not to be hit by the officer if you want to call him that and whether he had a violation of probation that does not give him the right to beat him and I live in Barstow and when you need an officer they never arrive and when they do it’s after the fact
