it's pretty clear ur interfering in a traffic stop. sometimes ppl pull guns and try to shoot cops during traffick stops. so yea ur distracting him, or in other words obstructing. a tyrant would just arrest u, he gave him a chance to correct his behavior.

I guess the cop doesn't understand the supreme Court has ruled you can film any cop involved in any investigation but they did say you have to remain six feet away unless they put out crime scene tape to move you backwards and if they come up to you like he just did they are in violation
