She’s in handcuffs probably a quarter of thier weight and a foot shorter so the pushing her around was shocking to me. But the most disturbing was leaving her exposed while on her stomach and the hand down her shirt. That should have should have been done by a female officer. I don’t understand if the officer knows he’s being recorded why do they do this crap? Do they think nothing will happen or do they actually believe they’re acting appropriately? I’ll be keeping track of this story.
