the man lost the case got 10 days prison suspension of license 6 months and 1000.00 fine. She was cleared

How can she get out of breaking the seal on alcohol and pouring part of it out in order to pad her case to make it look like the defendant was drinking out of that bottle, that corrupt Warthog was taking advantage of the fact he said he had 2 beers by making it look like he drank even more alcohol, if that corrupt Warthog used that bottle of alcohol to pad her case, that warthog should be fired for tampering with evidence.
Many cops are not good people who should definitely not be in the position that they are in, with being able to make the decision on whether someone goes to jail or not. I've seen some who hold grudges on people for things that happened between the officer and the other person when off duty.
