This happened to me, I used a hot rag and pump. It was so painful until I got the pump.

Yes I spent many hours, upon hours, upon hours with those pumps. just know that you're doing the best thing you can be doing for your baby. And it doesn't last forever. 🥰🥰🥰 It's things like these that a lot of people don't talk about, that makes good moms!!

Avoid popping: Do not try to pop or puncture the bleb yourself, as this can increase the risk of infection. 😳
