I gave all three of mine mashed potatoes, mac and cheese and chicken. Babies can start eating solids at 6 months. I use to put Rice Cereal in they milk too. 20 1/2 years old (21 next month) 17 1/2 years old (18 in May) and 10 years old (11 in October). All are healthy and never had any problems except the 20 yr. old, he has autism, but it's a genetic thing from me. I love em all. 🙏🏽❤

Be careful. flour to make gravy may have gluten. Some babies get gas from that.

No. That food probably has salt possibly sugar maybe cooked in Teflon or aluminum pans. This is a new unpolluted body please give appropriate food for their age. You’re not the only one whose done this and with the price of baby food and food period it’s understood but you can cook foods like carrots chicken boiled etc but take out the babies portion before you add the spices
