If you take the elevator to the top it goes higher than the building and the outside is a glass dome so you get a nice view. I’ve been it but obviously with all the new buildings the view isn’t as good as when I was a kid
I used to stare at this building when my parents drive me past it. It's very old. They filmed a TV show in it I think.
