I'm from Los Angeles and I was flowing those steps I was homeless using drugs every day stealing cars keeped going in and out of jail in and out until one day I said enough of this bullshit. Now I am an OTR driver and I miss being in LA I am always working on the road going to different states something I never imagined I would do I've been 5 years sober now. you need to ask God for help and really want it in your heart cause he will send people or angels to help you

Unfortunately homelessness and Mental health issues caused by Addiction will increase, unless the money meant to help the homeless is taken away from the politicians control. A Citizens Oversight Committee may keep the politicians on check. 😭🤔

Let's talk about Seattle too! Seattle has thousands of homeless people!! And they do very little to help them, in fact, all Seattle does is make life HARDER for them. Now I have a homeless person staying at my house and no I did not intend for that. Honestly if anything bad happens then I'm suing the city of Seattle cuz this is their fault. stupid ass rich people so ignorant to those who don't have money. they don't get it at all.

Nova had a show about skid row in los Angeles. They purposely 'cage' them in that area. The city put up stringent lighting and stopped trash pick up. Cops won't bother them as long as they stay in the area. Sad. Eyes wide shut.

I went to Fred Jordan mission and helped these people. It was one of the most heartwarming things ever. There was kids to
California isn't the problem, it's the people that come here & give up! I came here from Louisiana alone, I lived on the streets for 4 years until I was able to get an appointment! I've been in my apartment for 3 years now! No Section 8 or help from the state, I busted my ass & didn't fall into addiction 🤷🏾♂️

My daughter was renting in an area that was taken over by the homeless. She was heartbroken by their plight. She decided to do something about it. Ten years ago she founded a nonprofit. Voices of Our City is a choir made up from the homeless and she has been able to guide them through social services, feed them, clothe them and get jobs for them. Ultimately she finds good shelter for them. They were on AGT and came in like fourth or something. It’s now a multimillion dollar nonprofit. Donations come from everywhere. So proud of the work she’s doing. ♥️
and so far we have done that. we r turning n2 tha peaple that God wants us 2 b, his.
