it's sad to say this but I'm going to say it anyways I grew up in foster care and this boy shouldn't be in this situation because he's not being able to get his education and get to high school and get his diploma and then become a man of his own he's being held back I went through the system from 4 to 18 because my mom was a meth head and my dad's in prison for life for killing cops back in the '80s it was a Zoot Suiter but anyways I have a house a wife a daughter and I'm a lineman now for the Department of Water and Power I know his mom loves him and wants to care for him but he needs the essentials to grow up and she's not able to give him that the system's not great but it does what it has to everybody thought I was going to end up in prison or dead because I was a statistic but I beat the system and now I'm a middle class blue collar worker here in Los Angeles
