😲 I'm so glad he worked a miracle on her hair. I hope the person he done that to her hair, does not have a Cosmetology License, because if they do, it needs to be taken away. If the person did not have a License, then, the State Cosmetology Board, need to shut their Kitchen beauty shop down fir not being licensed. This is horrible. This lady has beautiful natural hair.
