This is wild .. in the late 70s my mom made smoked sausage with glazed apples.. said it was a friends recipe.. it was delicious and weird to us kids 😂

You don’t need an entire bottle of apple juice.
I cook my sausage in apple cider sauerkraut cut up potatoes and throw in a cup or 2 of apple wedges the last few minutes.
Is that apple juice you’re pouring over the sausages? How long do you soak them? Sounds good but these details would help me. Thanks
