Even if you have a medical card for Marijuana or it's legal in your state, You still have to pass a pee pee test to get a job. Workman's comp, you fail a pee test and you will be denied. it's a risk but what's the greater evil? I smoke but never at work, only at night do I smoke. But if I ever got hurt on the job I am screwed. it's a choice only you can make at that point. is it worth it? It is until you get hurt or get pulled in on a random.
It will not be legal in the government until they can control every aspect.
