All my lighters are on my porch right now soaking wet. I just lit a cigarette with a blow torch that I use for plumbing. It stays lit too until you turn it off.

well you have to push the button to release the gas from the tank for one and that is the stupidest thing I've ever seen why would you want to leave your lighter on like that it takes a split second to light a cigarette
tweakers and crackheads do this to bics. the shove paper or something under the red gas button to make it stay releasing gas and they just flick it. to turn up the push up on the red gas button to release the pressure from the paper or whatever they shoved under it.
