I couldn't even see a gun in the distorted pic that was shown, or if there was one, but I can tell you one thing is for sure, there's a good chance that if he was shot in such a way as to destroy his muscle tissue and/or nerves in the right spot in the arms, he's NOT going to be able to lift his arms after being shot in the arms or hands, so how was he supposed to do that afterwards. I'm not sure if he was shot in this manner, but that might be something to take into consideration.
