I've seen this guy on numerous videos. he is constantly arguing and causing trouble for, law enforcement officers. he is loud, rude, and you would think the cops would have gotten rid of his sorry ass by now.

it's always them lady officers thinking they untouchable when ever guy in their have touched it tho
there stands a dozen police officers none of them know the law or acknowledge the law they don't correct each other and they're fascinated with Eli because he's a strong man seeking information and he has a camera and expensive camera. they are nervous about the information he asked for and what is he going to do with it is the big question. most of the people that come in a precinct are either lawyers who may come to see someone in the jail or a victim reporting a crime. the information that Eli asked for made them all self-conscious. they're so concerned about his business they're not doing their jobs they are not acting professionally and this woman is the biggest jerk of all. they have no rights to not allow him in that building with the camera as long as he doesn't go into private areas like the bathroom or a private office. it's embarrassing to see how uninformed and ill-mannered their behaving.
