Okay, I actually did get stopped by the sheriff's department in my county for doing the same thing. He ask me where I was coming from/going to. But, he did not pat me down. He just gave me a ride to the city limits and told me to be careful and have a nice day. So, I'm wondering what did this officer really stop him for?

A hell of a world were living in. Everything that Americans do these days is cause for suspicion. Using Jay walking as a way to fish for more charges. Is this done during all traffic infractions? He dis say a very minor traffic infraction. That comes with hands behind one's back and pat downs and going in pockets? Just curious...
