I just called an officer out pulling me over asking if he still serves The Crown of London with Admiralty Law or if he serves uner The Constitutional Law with Trump as #19 NOT 47 since that's Military Code 11.3 his face went through so much shock his partner mentioned my phone aiming at him as I'm asking these questions and he handed me back my papers and left

so the story behind this video was the police officer actually seen the baggie in between the seat picked it up realized what it was then put it back down so that he could pick it back up again with his gloves on. not a very smart move on the officers part for sure but the whole thing was on body cam.
