well in all fairness according to his body camera he was not in a vehicle he did not turn on take down lights therefore he was not properly conducting a traffic stop. In fact unless he had an arrest warrant for her placing her in cuffs constitutes false arrest. He had zero jurisdiction to say she fled a traffic stop when he was not properly conducting one. She could be found not guilty and he could be sued for the house he owns.

Yeah my dad had the same thing happen to him with a woman cop , full night cop jumps out does the hand stop doesn’t see her basically he had to go to court and won he wouldn’t have cared but it’s a felony apparently
