I may not totally agree with this. However, a soft police force leads to a stronger criminal element. A stronger criminal element leads to more videos like this one. The in between is where the innocents are harmed. So for me I say take them down hard make them rethink the error of their ways. Make them wish for a jail cell rather than being taken into custody. Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called children of god.
