This is why people get shot! Police training is to escalate to the next level to place this guy under arrest. Its obvious he does not wish to coorperate. Since the tazer didnt work and the guy is a fighter. Next level is deadly force. The offender brought it to this level when he decided to fight the cop. The cop IS going to accomplish his mission to make the arrest. What people need to remember most warrants for your arrest reads, "DELIVER THE BODY OF", doesn't specify alive or dead, that part is up to the arrestee. So one way or the other YOU are going to be arrested!
