Woops, this is a violation of the 4th Amendment. A dog search is exterior, leaving the contaminants of the interior untouched. Dog searches do not require individuals to be removed from the vehicle in Charlotte County, Florida.
I’ve seen the dog hit even when there’s nothing actually in the car and that’s because if the handler gives the command then it’s going to hit
He has to have probable cause. The guy has a right to know why he’s been stopped
Notice that the cop never did tell him why he's going to run the dog. He didn't tell him because he knows he's not supposed to do it without consent or probable cause, which he obviously didn't have.

I think there’s more to this story.
There badge and gun needs to be revoked and kicked off the force immediately this is not only racist and more importantly they just broke a search and seizure law and they had no reason to search the vehicle a simple traffic stop over a black man knowing his rights violated him all cuz of his skin color

All officers should be forced to use their own insurance and every time you fuck up break and violate somebody’s rights you should be held accountable for your insurance to be deducted especially if it’s found in court that yes you did fuck up really bad. It shouldn’t have happened and now you have to pay restitution so that way every time you fuck up, your insurance goes up higher and higher and higher into a point where if you can’t afford your insurance, you can’t be an officer anymore qualified immunity needs to be stripped and taken away. There was no reasonable articulable suspicion for them to assume or think there’s drugs in the car that’s called a pretextual stop. They did that stop with the goal that they were going to check that car for drugs and that shit should be illegal.
