Looks like a bit of over reach based on supplied information/video. If it is tested and NEGATIVE ON ALL TESTING PERFORMED, can this a till occur? The tests they SHOULD HAVE PERFORMED, should have proven or not the cause for the traffic stop legalities. Seems the legal representatives are destroying any evidence of any vindicative nature.
