Cops think Mimms allows them to pull anyone out of a car for any reason. They are wrong, there has to be some type of concern for their safety (and we all know they will lie about having concerns), but these fools forget we can see what is filmed from their bodycams. And this instance, so anyone who would be concern about safety is either lying or an idiot.
