There is nothing here that could be said that could articulate the facts to justify this. So save it. This right here is why we lose trust in the public and are hated by even our own families when we wear the uniform. This is why our jobs are 100% more stressful than 50 years ago and get even more static form just about everyone on the streets today. I don't freaking blame then either cause this passes me off. any of my officers are seen doing this, and I myself will be launching the investigation along with my criminal investigation detectives. An arrest is def imminent here.
