not fake. she arrested for drugs and a gun she planted. she then called her husband, another police officer and they conspired to bring up false charges. they are both dismissed and under investigation while the black dude had all charges dropped. reading the comments on this thread makes me wonder why a lot of the white people seem to really hate black people. like what did we even do to make you happy this happened to another man?

This happened in Alabama in 2023. She didn't even pull him over on a violation, he was changing his tire on the side of the road after picking up his brother with his friend. She stopped and asked him for his license; he asked why and what he had done. He continues to ask so she orders him to the ground and hand cuffs him. Alabama 2023 is legal to open or conceal carry WITHOUT a permit. In her report she charged him as a felon with a gun. It was his registered gun and he wasn't a felon; so it was a legal possession. She also put in the report he had cocaine laced with fentanyl she pulled out with the gun and charged with trafficking, and sales. They did drug tests and residue tests on him, car, clothing; all were NEGATIVE. All evidence was turned over to ASBI, her husband was fired for helping her get drugs to book as evidence in this case. She was relieved with pay pending investigation. Her case is ongoing. The VICTIM has a 20M civil lawsuit ongoing.
