I'm from Az and for the most part we all (races) got along as one people but you did have to check some of the new comers to the area from time to time. This young man seems to me to be of good character and pretty well adjusted so I believe what he’s saying!! It’s really just a damn shame that all peoples have to suffer from racism of any kind!! There is no place in America for any form of racism!! Like MLK stated a person should be judged by the content of their character and not their skin color!!! The EEOC, or Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, is a federal agency that enforces laws prohibiting workplace discrimination. If an individual believes they have been discriminated against, they can file a "Charge of Discrimination" with the EEOC.
