Student loans are huge for the medical field. Have to sometimes work to two jobs just to try and tread water. When I worked hospitality we fed the inter and residents off the food cart to help them out.

I'm a retired physician assistant, I'm 44 and I'm still paying off loans and I don't even work in the field anymore. I can't be used because of the new equipment I don't understand and I would have to go back to school to learn more about them to get my license reinstated. smh, it saddens me that my childhood dream will never be fulfilled.
