sometimes a good hard cry helps a lot. when you feel like crying just cry you'll feel better afterwards and maybe take a little nap. listening to music also helps a lot. put on your favorite music and you'll find yourself dancing around with a smile on your face music does wonders. take a walk if you can a little exercise always helps馃檹
Its the hertz frequency in music that is made to agitate the listener. Hertz frequency that soothes or calms has always been at 420 hertz. Since around 2010 they pumped it up to 440 hertz which is known to cause anxiety, nervousness, or agitation. There is a reason some songs make you mad or upset and some is soothing and makes you happy.
Yep.. been that way for months. My wife and mother of my 2 boys just left me today on our 15 year anniversary for some guy she barely knows.
