Being married to a high school sweetheart and you two actually spend over 20 years together and have kids, I would exactly think the same way, you know the loud disrespect was she was never going to tell me nothing, I had to find out myself through others. I was so disgusted, hurt and disappointed at the same time. I mean I always stayed by her side while she made false statements about me doing things behind her back while she was the person doing it all this time. Normal to feel this way because we all human being. I forgave her and all, as long as she is happy and knowing I cannot control her anymore. I had to sacrifice so many things In life for my kids and her, while she gained more. This relationship always felt unbalanced and I used to think I wasted so many years of my life that could have been better. This mistake clearly made me stronger as a person and made me want to distance myself from hurt. Each and everyone of us evolve and grow differently. I know how you feel exactly
